Purpose:
Facilitates the purchase of a new home before the sale of your current property.

Loan Servicing:
Assessed based on the remaining debt after selling the current property.

Offset Facility:
Offers a 100% offset account to help save on interest and accelerate loan repayment.

Interest Terms:
Interest is capitalised until the sale of your existing home, with a standard maximum period of 6 months. Extended bridging periods of 9 or 12 months are available upon discussion with a Business Development Manager (BDM).

Rate Type:
Exclusively available with a variable interest rate.

Suitability:
Designed for both owner-occupiers and property investors.
- Must have an existing owner-occupied property with sufficient equity.
- Loan-to-Value Ratio (LVR) must not exceed 80% of the peak debt.
- Must have a clear credit history.

Standard residential and habitable properties are accepted.

All metropolitan, Category 1, and Category 2 securities are acceptable.
